We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that voltages and internal BMS data will be checked for any usage.
Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Additionally, if an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the buyer, a 25% restocking fee will also be applied before any refund is issued.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return your current item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the 25% restocking fee. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If a battery needs to be returned to Epoch Batteries for any reason, it must be shipped in a lithium-ion UN-approved shipping box. If you no longer have the original packaging, Epoch Batteries will provide a replacement shipping box for a fee:
